Through this initiative, I provide free training, mentoring, and career support to aspiring and early-career project professionals across multiple industries. The focus is on practical project management skills, ethical delivery, and professional judgement rather than tools alone.
Support provided includes:
- Free project management fundamentals training
- Free mentoring and coaching sessions
- CV and career guidance for project roles
- Interview preparation and mock interviews
Ongoing professional advice and support
Participation is open and free of charge. No commercial services are required or promoted as part of this initiative.
All support provided through JRIYA’s open initiative is practical, experience-based, and focused on real project delivery challenges rather than theory alone.

In addition to its open professional initiative, JRIYA also provides specialist project planning and controls support on a consultancy basis. This work supports organisations with planning, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and decision support.
These services are delivered separately from the free professional initiative and are not part of the voluntary contribution activities described above.

JRIYA’s open initiative is informed by ongoing research into modern project management practice, including remote and hybrid delivery environments. This research helps shape how learning and mentoring are delivered, ensuring they reflect how projects operate in real conditions today.
The long-term aim is to continue contributing practical knowledge, ethical guidance, and professional support to the project management community.
